  • Due to hygiene reasons, Waves by Sabela jewellery is not eligible for return or refund.

    If your order arrives with existing damage, please contact help@sabelabeauty.com within 21 days. Please include a description of the problem and photos of the product. We will be in touch to resolve the problem the best way we can!

  • All our jewellery orders are packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days.

    Each order is carefully packaged by us to ensure it is safe and secure during transit. We are a small business and appreciate your patience as we work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

  • We carefully pack all our orders in protective packaging to ensure a safe arrival. However, if your product arrives faulty or broken, get in touch within 21 days.
    Email help@sabelabeauty.com with a description of the issues and photographs to support. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    We hope your order reaches you quickly and safely! If the worst should happen and your order is declared Lost in Transit, please contact us to discuss the best course of action.
